Terms at 2116 Park Dr

There will not be any additional utility fees, as all utilities are included. There are basic TV channels and the capability for you to sign into streaming apps using your login information. Pets are not allowed, but may be considered depending on size, breed, and on a case-by-case basis. A non-refundable pet cleaning fee will be incurred in additional to a pet deposit (refundable). Smoking is permitted outside only. If any smoking occurs inside, there will be additional fees for smoke removal. The HOA will also fine the unit for cigarette butts not properly disposed of and these fees will be passed to you. There is parking available in the garage for one car. The remainder vehicles will need to park on the public street following rules of the posted signs. Street parking is free and there is usually enough room available throughout the day and night. The HOA will fine any units that park in the alley or "driveway." You must park completely inside the garage to avoid any fines. The lease will be a minimum of 30 days.
