This is a brick country rancher situated on over 4 acres near Codorus State Park in Hanover. Just outside of Penn Township in Heidelberg Township.… Spring Grove School District. Close to South Hanover Shopping areas and Maryland state line. This home offers a large open concept Kitchen, Dining, Living room. Kitchen appliances included. All windows are replacement windows with double panels low- e glass. A newer roof, New Oil Heat System / Central A/C system, and Hot Water Heater are all there. Basement was waterproofed a few years ago. The main level floors are all hardwood laminate with wood vinyl in the bathroom. Basement has a large bonus area in one half of the area with a fireplace for YOUR electric heat log if you would like the ambience. The Laundry area and shop bench are on the other half, (divided by concrete block wall and door). Walk up Basement stairs to back yard. If I can, in the future, I plan to add a nice size deck off the back door from the breezeway that goes from front glass doors through back door onto the deck. This home was my parents home and has been loved, made energy efficient, and had many cherished memories shared there. I pray someone else will fill this house with love and make it a home. Grass cutting, edging, trimming, etc. is the responsibility of the tenant. The large fields are sown with Timothy Grass and they are cut 2 or 3 times a season by a local farmer. Tenant is responsible for snow removal in your driveway and around your mailbox. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a master bedroom facing the back yard of the property. This home is on a well and septic system. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant must provide a copy of renters insurance. SORRY....No pets ( UNLESS written addendum is given and pet fees are charged), and no smoking permitted on property. Thank you for your interest.
