Close enough to be accessible, but far enough away to avoid the parties and crowds if that's not the experience you want every night. There's also a shared rooftop with a view of downtown, but the apartment itself faces the interior courtyard, perfect for avoiding the street noise at night. Building amenities include gated underground parking (w/ 1 designated spot), fob access to interior doors and elevators, courtyard with BBQ grills, a gym, and a restaurant and bar (The Mainstay) on the first floor, and concierge package delivery. For those who work remotely, there is a large sturdy table and comfy chair, high speed fiber internet (1Gbps), and I can include my extra monitor if you want. Fully furnished 30 day minumum.
