This recently remodeled home features wood-laminate flooring, new lighting, interior paint, an updated kitchen with granite countertops, and new LG appliances. Enjoy stunning views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca through huge picture windows. Relax in the warm and inviting living area with comfortable furniture, Cable TV with Netflix, and free Wi-Fi. The beautiful, well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, pots and pans, range, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. A humongous deck, accessed from the second floor, features patio furniture and a small propane grill. Two bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds. The third bedroom, with a queen bed, a half bathroom, and a large laundry room with a washer and dryer, is located on the lower level. An additional rec room on the lower level comes with a new pool table and a wood stove. This home offers two small bonus beds for little ones, with no extra charge. A toddler bed and a bunk bed (top level only) suitable for up to 10 years old are also available. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is provided free of charge. Situated in a quiet suburb on the west side of Port Angeles, this home is a short 15-minute drive to Salt Creek Recreation Area, offering sandy beaches, picnics, kayaking, and tidepooling. It's less than 30 minutes from Lake Crescent for waterfall trails and lake kayaking, and approximately 40 minutes from Olympic National Park. The Olympic Discovery Trail is about 18 minutes away, perfect for experiencing the North Olympic Peninsula by bike, horseback, or foot. Check-in is between 4 PM and 7 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests are required to complete a Check-In Form with a valid government-issued photo ID. This is a non-smoking facility, and any violation may result in a $300 smoke removal fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 additional cleaning fee and may lead to eviction. There are no fireworks or events permitted. Personal mail delivery to the property is not permitted. Guests must respect the privacy of neighbors and avoid loud noises. Tampering with outside security cameras is cause for immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Damages or theft during your stay are the responsibility of the guest. Some locations are on a septic system; please use only septic-approved toilet paper. Missing keys will result in a $25 replacement fee. If the property is equipped with a fire pit, a small fire can be burned, subject to any county-wide burn ban.
