Parking Parking is not included in the lease. Parking might be available for $100 per month and based on availability. If parking is provided, Tenant shall use only their assigned space (if applicable). Vehicles must be operable, currently registered, and not leak fluids. No car repairs may be performed on the property. Smoking & Vaping Smoking, including vaping or burning incense, is not permitted inside the unit or building. Smoking is only permitted outdoors in designated areas (if any). Pets No pets are allowed without prior written consent of Landlord. If permitted, Tenant must comply with all pet rules and remain liable for damages and disturbances. Tenant has been approved for 1 cat. Maintenance Tenant shall not alter locks, install additional locks, or change security codes without Landlord's prior written approval. Tenant must promptly report any needed repairs or hazards. Safety Candles, space heaters, and open flames are prohibited inside the Premises. Tenant shall not tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or fire extinguishers. Illegal Activity No unlawful conduct, controlled substances (other than legally prescribed medications), or other activity that could endanger health, safety, or property is permitted. Respect of Property Tenant shall not damage, deface, or misuse the Premises, furniture, appliances, or fixtures. Tenant is responsible for repair costs resulting from negligence or abuse.
