Waterproof LVP floors throughout (no carpet!) with a mini-split system for heating in the winter and AC in the summer (Mitsubishi ductless heat pump AC & Heater). It is built-green certified with solar panels and a heat-pump water heater for efficiency. There's a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric range, garbage disposal, and full-sized washer/dryer. Utilities such as water, sewer, garbage are covered under the rent. Electricity bill is separate and should be paid by the tenant. The ceilings are 8'3" high and both bedrooms are good sized: Bedroom 1 is 11.5'x13' and Bedroom 2 is 11.5'x13.5'. The bathroom is full sized. Windows will have honeycomb blinds for privacy. There are designer finishes, colors, and fixtures throughout the home selected by an interior designer.
