Lease terms

Must fill out application, credit report and background check prior to showing. All Utilities ( Water, Sewer, Trash Pickup, Electricity, gas, and fiber optic) are paid by renter. No external communication equipment are allowed. The failure of Tenant to pay any utility bill when due will be considered a violation of this Lease and cause for cancellation of Lease by Landlord. There is an additional charge for 1 pet as rent for $35 per month per pet for small dogs or cats (Under 20 Lbs). No other pets of any kind are allowed. This is a non-smoking residence including No smoking on outside patio. Tenant is expected to park automobile in the Tenants garage or driveway to garage. No automobile repair is allowed. It is Tenant's responsibility to operate appliances appropriately. Any damage to appliance and cost of repair will be charge to the Tenant. Tenant is to provide Landlord a copy of Tenants renter insurance on date of move in. Tenant shall maintain in force renter insurance for the duration of the lease. This is rented to the persons listed in the lease agreement. No other persons may move into unit without written consent of owner.
