Lease terms

Lease Details: * Monthly Rent is $2,800.00 due on the 1st day of every month (with 7 days grace period), late charge $10/per day if rent is received after the 7th day of month. * One and half month rent for Security Deposit and the 1st month rent is due on the date when lease is signed. * Lease Duration - min. 1 Year (Renewal on yearly basis). Lease Termination - min. 60 days notice before the lease ends. * House is for One family resident use only. Commercial business activities are not allowed. Sub-Lease is not allowed as well. * Tenant is responsible for Gas heat, Electric, Water, Sewer usage charge, alarm security and cable/internet service (garbage disposal fee include on the rent) * Tenant is responsible for the daily maintenance inside & outside the house include lawn mower at front & back yard in summer, snow removal at driveway & sidewalk in winter. Tenant requirements: * One Family (including Husband, Wife and Kids) for resident use only * No Smoking (including Electronic Cigarettes) * No Pets (Dogs, Cats and other animals) * Credit check (Score must be 700 or higher), NTN and regular credit report. * Income verification (payroll stub and W2), Employment verification, Previous landlord verification is required
