Medical or student debt is treated understandingly; however, active utility collections or recent repossessions will not be accepted.* * Rental History: Clean rental history with excellent references from previous landlords. Zero history of evictions or active landlord-tenant judgments. * Background Check: A standard background and credit check will be required for all applicants over the age of 18 via the Zillow platform.
