Trash must be taken to the dumpster; it cannot be left in any shared space in or out of the building. No parties or disruptive gatherings; must follow HOA and City Ordinances. No filming or photography. No business transactions. Animals: *must obey city and HOA ordinances re pets and animals. Pet/Animal owners are fully responsible for their own pets/animals. Must curb and cleanup behind them, including in walkways, corridors, elevators, stairwells, etc. Make sure your furbaby can make it to the potty area by the trees, across from the parking lot (not the courtyard)
