The apartment is located on the second floor, and a walk up one flight of internal stairs is required for entry. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, bowls, silverware, and glassware. It also includes bar seating, a dining table for two, a king-size bed with a cozy memory foam mattress, a dresser and closet for clothing storage, an in-unit washer and dryer, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and fluffy white towels, and a relaxing, private balcony with a bistro set. Tucked in the back of the building is a shared outdoor dining space and gas grill. Ample free street parking is available directly in front of the building. Located in the popular Davis Shores neighborhood, Casita Tropical is a 15-minute walk to downtown and less than a 10-minute drive to St. Augustine Beach. It's also just a few minutes' walk to many local favorites including Osprey Tacos, Mellow Mushroom, and Llama. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries, and attractions are within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM, and any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door, and an attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, underage drinking, and foreign objects down the toilet are strictly prohibited.
