No access to fridge but you can bring your own mini fridge and place in room plenty space for it. Access to one parking per room. Access to patio, with furniture and a grill. Access to dining table and living room area. It has a heating and AC unit system as well as smoke detectors. NO Access to washer and dryer but the is a public one two blocks away. ONLY looking for a Women One WOMAN. The reason is because we are two women living alone. Is a month to month basis rent. Please I'm only going to accept a woman for safety reasons
