Lease term begins June 1st, with no exceptions, and will end May 29th, 2027. Provided adequate performance in the initial lease, a renewal offer for a new 1 year lease will be sent out towards the end of the first lease. Application process is free and can be out via email, Zillow, or text at any time. We do contact all listed references. We require 2 years of current rental history, employment reference, and a personal reference. Processing usually takes 1 business day. Upon application approval, an email notifying prospect of approval goes out. It also contains a lease and several other prevalent documents for the prospect to review. Once approved, we require a Security Deposit equal to one month's rent paid down ($1,445) to secure the apartment from the market. Approval does not guarantee securing the unit. Once security deposit is paid, we then ask to sign a lease together within 24 hours of that point. The next payment due would be first month's month's rent due by or before the first day of the lease. Pets with previous verifiable rental history and weighing LESS than 40 lbs. will be allowed provided a $350 non-refundable Move-In fee is paid with the security deposit, and an additional $45/month will be added to rent.
