Rent is $2,300 /mo Security Deposit: $2,300 First month rent and deposit is required at lease signing. Renter qualifications: Must fill out full application The household must make $5,750/monthly gross income - will need to provide 6 months of verification of income Non-Smoker - no smoking of any kind inside or outside is allowed Background and credit check are required. $50 fee Applicants must have a solid rental history with verifiable references. Favorable rental history 3 of years must be verifiable from unbiased and unrelated sources. We will not consider co-signers to be used to meet the minimum qualifications. Pets are negotiable with monthly pet rent. $25/mo for pets under 20 lbs $50/mo for pets 20 lbs or more. No pets larger than 35 lbs Five years of eviction-free history is required. Applicants must show two forms of identification. Credit Score: Each person contributing income must meet a minimum credit score of 650 and have a good credit history. We may require you to submit a copy of your credit report obtained within the past 30 days. Inaccurate, incomplete, or falsified information will be grounds for denial of the application.
