You only pay your own light bill but If you want us to pay the light bill in our name, no problem, pay extra $200/mo and you are set! All lawn maintenance is included. Credit: I do not run credit check as either you pay or you don't. It's that simple. We accept cash & cash app & other payment methods. New large trash cans from the city. Any Children under 12? We will discuss it as there is the inside private stairs to your place. Spayed cats ok, have a dog? we need to discuss as it is upstairs whole flat. Ask. Maintenance is on-site in case of emergency!
