AVAILABLE SEPT 1, FOR SHORT OR LONG TERM.… This lovely, serene, fully furnished studio guesthouse is thoughtfully designed and situated in a remarkable location. Enjoy the tranquil beauty of an Elysian Park oasis, a short walk away from all the shops, restaurants, coffeehouses and bars that Echo Park has to offer. Filled with amenities, original paintings & artwork, and possibilities for indoor & outdoor living, both day & night, this home is truly special.
Set at the back of a property filled with magnificent plants (including an orange tree hanging over your own private deck), you will feel far removed from the urban hustle of LA, and awaken to the peaceful sounds of birds each morning.
The main living space offers a generously sized desk (with Herman Miller Aeron Chair), a super comfortable and cozy couch, and a 4K 50" TV mounted to an articulating arm that allows you to watch from any corner of the space (you can even use it as a computer monitor or for video editing). Hidden inside a cabinet along the wall is a premium Murphy bed, with a high-end Sealy mattress that will give you an amazing night's sleep (as well as built in LED night-lights for reading or watching TV in bed).
There is a sun-filled kitchen stocked with all cooking essentials, as well as a small table & breakfast nook.
A large private deck awaits outside the kitchen. Here you can truly enjoy what makes LA special, with a super-sized outdoor sectional that's as suitable for working from home on your laptop, as it is to whiling away the early evenings with a glass of wine (it's pretty amazing for morning coffee too). An 8' cantilever 360-degree rotating umbrella gives you the option of shade at any time of day, while warm Edison bulbs create a perfect oasis after dark. There is an outdoor outlet next to the couch for your laptop or any electronics. Surrounded by birds, nature and your orange tree, you'll find this space a true haven.
A large closet has ample storage space for clothes, suitcases and belongings. And within that closet is your own combo washer/dryer for doing laundry at home.
There is also a very large common courtyard on the property (with tables, a couch, gas grill, night lighting, etc.) and easy street parking.
And location, location, location.
