This includes routine tasks like disposing of garbage properly, keeping appliances, plumbing fixtures clean, and maintaining the yard. *Preventing and Repairing Damage Tenants are financially responsible for any damage they, their guests, cause to the property beyond normal wear and tear. * Promptly Reporting Issues: A crucial responsibility of a tenant is to notify the landlord promptly of any needed repairs. * Basic Maintenance: The tenants is responsible for minor, routine maintenance tasks. These can include changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, and maintaining the yard. * Proper Use of Property:Tenants must use the property for its intended, legal purpose and not engage in any activities that could cause a nuisance to neighbors or violate local ordinances. * Restoring the Property at Lease End: Upon moving out, a tenant must return the property in its original condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
