This property is available for move-in beginning August 1, 2026, with options available for a 1-year or 2-year lease duration. The base monthly rent is $3,900, which includes full lawn maintenance provided by the owner. A matching security deposit of $3,900 is required at lease signing. Tenants will be responsible for all standard utility costs, including gas, electricity, water, and trash removal. Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking property. Well-behaved pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis, subject to owner approval and screening, with a maximum limit of two pets. To protect the home's newly updated interior, puppies and kittens under one year of age are not permitted. If a pet is approved, the rent will increase by an additional $50 per month per pet.
