Lease terms

* Lease Term: 12 Months * Monthly Rent: $1,495 * Security Deposit: $1,495 * Application Fee: $50 per applicant (18 years or older) * Flat Utility Fee: $65/month, which includes water, sewer, and trash services. * Tenant is responsible for electricity, internet, cable, and any other optional services. * Pets: Subject to management approval.
