Leasing Options & Move-In Unfurnished: $3,500/month + $7,000 security deposit Fully Furnished: $4,500/month + $9,000 security deposit Move-In Funds: The full security deposit is due at the time of lease signing. Applicants with lower scores may still be considered with exceptional income, savings, positive rental history, and overall strong financial stability. All applications evaluated holistically. Rental History: Minimum 3 years (if applicable) of positive, verifiable rental or homeownership history required. Tenants must demonstrate the ability to meet all lease obligations. If a tenant prefers the home unfurnished, the move-in date will be adjusted to allow time for furniture removal. Partial rental/ lease options may be available under negotiated terms. Application Process: All occupants 18+ submit a separate complete application. Applications are processed in the order received, and the first qualified applicant will be offered the lease. Disclosures: We comply with all applicable Fair Housing laws. Full detailed written screening criteria will be provided during the property showing prior to submitting your application and paying any screening fee on Zillow.
