MOFO is comprised of 26 units with all units having a bedroom (no studios) and all units have equal numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms. We have four, one-bedroom/one-bathroom, Manhattan-style apartments for the coastal minimalist; 14 large, 720 SF 840 SF, one-bedroom/one-bathroom no-coast urban-style apartments; and eight amazingly laid out, premier, corner-unit two-bedroom/two-bathroom units (ideal for cohabitating with friends or enemies, or no one, we aren't here to judge). What we can say is come see the units for yourself and admire unprecedented natural light, storage aplenty, and your own private outdoor terrace (some of which are over 180 SF).
