This rental is the upper floor of the home and there is a separate entrance for a basement unit. The property has a shared back yard with the basement unit. Downstairs tenants are a relaxed, easy going couple with full time employment.
There are 2 good sized bedrooms with closet spaces. There are 2 bathrooms, one is a full bath with tub, the second is a half bath.
There are large living room and dining room spaces along with a very spacious 12' x 12' large tiled kitchen with dishwasher, range and refrigerator. There are good sized windows throughout the home with plenty of light. There are an additional 3 closets either in or near the entry way.
