Prohibited Items: For safety and insurance reasons, the following are not permitted: Trampolines Above-ground pools, kiddie pools, or waterbeds Large aquariums Basement Access: No access to the basement is permitted. Outdoor Storage: No storage of personal belongings on the shared back porch. HVAC Inspections: Compliance with scheduled semi-annual HVAC inspections is required. Camping or Temporary Living: No camping or sleeping in tents, campers, or vehicles on the property. Prohibited Activities: Growing or cultivating marijuana on the premises is strictly prohibited.
