This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath duplex is SO nice on the inside! The tenants of 15 years moved so we got to start over! We have installed new quality vinyl wood plank flooring throughout. We stripped the kitchen and installed lovely new cabinets, a quartz countertop with breakfast bar, all new stainless appliances including microwave, fridge, gas stove, and dishwasher. The natural backsplash is pretty. It's a roomy kitchen that allows for a small dining table. It has a pantry. Also added is a new sliding door to the fenced back yard. Each bathroom was rehabbed entirely with new vanity, mirror, tub and tub surround. New lighting throughout the duplex. And we replaced almost every door and added new baseboard and of course, painted the interior. Interior utility connections are located at the end of the hallway. We will add a curtain here. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the large open living area. The primary bedroom has one of the full bathrooms and a bonus closet behind the door. 2 cars only please in the alley parking. We are pet friendly. Two pets only please. No smoking AT ALL inside or close to any door. Ty! Owner does ONE lawn cut a month for free.
