The original structure dates to the 1890s and was expanded into multifamily housing in the 1940s. This apartment has been renovated without losing its vintage character. Nice upgrades include LVP flooring and cushy Stainmaster II carpet with a thick pad, custom acrylic countertops and under-cabinet LED task lighting in the kitchen, glossy powdercoated radiators and cordless blinds.
