An application must be completed, and provided to Property Manager to process. All adult applicants are required to agree and pay for us to obtain both credit and criminal reports. Once the reports are approved by the landlord, a lease will be created for tenant to review and agree to the terms of it, as well as, the landlord must approve their lease.
