An application must be completed, and provided to Property Manager to process. All adult applicants are required to agree and pay for us to obtain both credit and criminal reports. Once the reports are approved by the landlord, a lease will be created for tenant to review and agree to the terms of it, as well as, the landlord must approve their lease. A possession date will be determined. Prior to move-in, tenants must have utilities-electric, water, sewer, trash, transferred into their names effective on day of possession. No pets and no smoking permitted. Each tenant has 2 parking spots in front of their building. A minimum of a year's lease term. All tenants must call the property management company to report all maintenance needed in a timely manner.
