No smoking. No illegal activity of any kind. Tenant is responsible for yard maintenance and must keep the property clean and sanitary. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the lease termination. Recommended parking location is on the concrete pad and in the rear of the property no parking on the grass. Rather than building in unpredictable future increases, this structure allows for transparency and fairness. If taxes or insurance costs rise during the lease term, the monthly rent may be adjusted accordingly with 30 days' written notice, along with supporting documentation. Owner Storage Shed Notice A storage shed located on the property is reserved exclusively for the property owner and is not included in the leased premises. Except in emergencies, the owner will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 24 hours' notice before accessing the shed.
