Lease terms

Lease Description: This property is offered with a standard 12-month lease, with the option to renew upon mutual agreement. Shorter lease terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the home or in enclosed areas. Any evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or damage fees. Parking: Parking is available in the driveway and/or garage Street parking must comply with local regulations. Tenants are responsible for ensuring vehicles are properly registered and operable. Pet Policy: Pets may be considered with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee and/or monthly pet rent may apply. Breed, size, and number restrictions may be enforced. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after pets and any damages caused. Tenant Responsibilities: Tenants are responsible for maintaining the property in clean and good condition. This includes basic upkeep such as replacing light bulbs, changing air filters, lawn care, and promptly reporting any maintenance issues. Tenants may be responsible for minor repairs under a specified dollar amount. All utilities (unless otherwise stated) are the responsibility of the tenant.
