Guests have access to free in-unit washer and dryer amenities, along with essentials such as bed linens, towels, and room-darkening shades. Enjoy a private outdoor pool that is heated and open year-round, with sun loungers and a private patio. Access to the resort's fitness center and game room is also available. This is a pet-friendly home. Parking can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, with 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage; street parking is prohibited. Commercial vehicles are not permitted. Pool heating is available for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 14 guests are allowed at any given time. Street parking is prohibited, and vehicles may not block driveways, sidewalks, or fire lanes. Any violations, citations, fines, or towing fees are the sole responsibility of the guest. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Basic supplies are provided for bathrooms and the kitchen, but they are not refilled during your stay. Please be aware that humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence in Florida. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side, and up to (2) vehicles in the garage. Please note that street parking is prohibited. Additional notes: IMPORTANT: Parking is strictly enforced in this community. A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed per reservation (2 in the driveway side-by-side and 2 in the garage). Street parking is prohibited. Only standard passenger vehicles are permitted; commercial vehicles of any kind are not allowed, including trucks, box trucks, trailers, RVs, motorcycles, or vehicles with attachmentsno exceptions. Any violations, citations, fines, or towing fees are the sole responsibility of the guest, and the host/property management assumes no liability for enforcement actions.
