This cozy 3 bed 1 bath home has just been treated to a fresh coat of paint and a good bath. We like our places clean before we hand them off to you. A new microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer have also been installed. The original hardwoods will provide a warm look to however you decorate your new space. The rocking chair porch is great for that cup of morning coffee or grill that steak after work on the large back deck. There is a small basement storage area perfect for the bikes or kayak. You are so close to the river you will need one. There is central heat and air and also ceiling fans in every room. We do require a phone interview before we do in person showings but we NEVER ask for money up front.
