This is a wonderful SPACIOUS downstairs DUPLEX with an amazing back yard.… NOTE:Since these pictures were taken the stove dishwasher and microwave have been updated and are no longer black but stainless steel. THE BATHROOM WILL UDATED, IT MAY BE AVAILABLE SLIGHTLY EARLIER.
The location is easy to everything as it is between Drayton and Bull streets and a very short walk to Forsyth Park. You have coffee shops, health food stores, Kroger`s and everything you might need within a short distance.
The apartment has two large bedrooms and a "flex" space some use as a dining room with plenty of storage and a remodeled bath. It also has a large kitchen with and a PANTRY! The kitchen has newer stove with built in AIR FRY/Convection oven and has self-cleaning oven. The frig, microwave vent hood and newer dishwasher. There is an eating area in the kitchen: and you could have a dining room or (flex space) as well. You have a nice living room with a focal decorative fireplace and patio doors out to your front covered cement patio, also just painted. There is a washer and dryer for your personal use. There is also a private back porch, and the amazing back yard is gated and secure with patio table and chairs and BBQ that is shared with the other tenant. The whole yard is locked and secured with a keyed gate.
This is located very close to Arnold Hall and many other SCAD buildings are nearby. The area is very nicely kept and desirable.
The landlady is updating the bathroom prior to move in. These pictures are prior to any updates. I (We) care about our tenants and keep the building well taken care of. If you are tired of deadbeat landlords, you are in for a treat.
There is a security deposit and a $40 application fee and background check.
