This is a wonderful 2 bedroom, 1 bath, in the Glendale area of Everett. It Is near at least one elementary, middle, and high school.… There is a public pool and plenty parks within walking distance of the house. It is also not far from Boston, with multiple bus lines within a 15 minute walk that take you to the T or the Airport.
This unit has large rooms with sizable closets, a foyer at the entrance, a modern kitchen with a pantry, bathroom with a shower, dining room, living room, and office at the front of the house, and access to the backyard. There is also laundry (washer + dryer) in the basement.
NOTE: All the photos are from before the current tenants moved in. It will not look like this in the open house. This unit has had the same tenants for the past 5 years so there is some tile work that will be done before move-in. There will be other repairs done that come up during the open houses.
Water is the only utility that is covered by the landlord. Gas and electric are on the tenant. There is also an available off-street parking spot that can be negotiated.
