Applicants using a housing voucher or other rental subsidy: the income requirement applies only to the share of rent you would pay, not the full rent. CREDIT Minimum credit score of 720. A lower score or a limited credit history may still qualify with a guarantor (see below). RENTAL HISTORY At least two years of verifiable rental history with positive references on-time payment, compliance with lease terms, and the property left in good condition. Rental history and any prior eviction records are reviewed individually; there is no automatic disqualification. GUARANTOR / CO-SIGNER Applicants who do not meet the income or credit requirement may qualify with a guarantor.
