This quiet corner unit is 428 sqft and has a spacious 104 sqft lanai.… It is fully furnished and located diagonally across the Ritz-Carlton Residences and a short 10 min. walk to Fort DeRussy Beach Park. Ala Moana Shopping Center is about a 20 min walk and the bus stops are just steps from La Casa condo's entrance.
Electronic Key FOBS are required to enter the building as well as to operate the elevators. Entrance to the parking garage is by remote clicker. There are security cameras as well as a full time Resident Manager on site. The building is not zoned for short term vacation rentals and has a higher percentage of owner occupants making the building very secure. The lobby and elevators have been recently renovated.
The studio is tastefully furnished and well maintained by the owners. It has a fully stocked kitchen and linens are also provided. *Please note that kitchen gadgets and inventories may fluctuate. Major appliances include washer/dryer, Maytag smooth top cooker with self-cleaning oven, brand new LG refrigerator, a wall mount 42" Samsung Smart TV, and a LG window AC unit was installed in 2025. New plumbing behind kitchen and bathroom walls were completed 10/25. Washing machine was serviced in 04/26.
Small appliances: i.e. hair dryer, toaster, rice cooker, French press coffee-maker, printer, LG microwave oven, electric kettle, Shark stick vacuum, iron and ironing board, etc. are also provided. New queen size mattress was purchased in 2024.
The unit has been immaculately cleaned.
The owners live in Honolulu and responds to inquiries in a timely manner.
