We own and manage this first-floor unit ourselves and have always loved the location and historic interior. The home offers original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and a lot of the character you'd expect in a Fan home plus the updates that make it comfortable day to day.
The front porch is one of our favorite parts, especially in the mornings with coffee or in the evenings when the street quiets down.
The location is hard to beat. You can walk to spots like Joe's Inn, Spoonbread Bistro, and Lamplighter Coffee Roasters (perfect for summer mornings!), and it's an easy walk over to Byrd Park if you want some green space.
The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. There's also in-unit laundry, basement storage (huge plus!), and one designated off-street parking spot in the back with a brand new deck.
