Welcome home! We own and manage this first-floor unit ourselves and have always loved the location and historic interior. You can walk to spots like Joe's Inn, Spoonbread Bistro, and Lamplighter Coffee Roasters (perfect for summer mornings!), and it's an easy walk over to Byrd Park if you want some green space. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar.
