Tenants are responsible for placing their trash in assigned can for pick up each and putting can back in the covered bins each week.

The cottages are located on a flat open lot, easily accessible, there are 3, visible to each other but also far enough apart to allow for privacy.… Each has their own deck. Parking is available right by each cottage, gravel driveway.
We are located 7 minutes from downtown Saluda, 20/25 minutes from Flatrock/Hendersonville. This is a country setting, quiet and peaceful. There is a nice 1/2 mile walk around a small spring fed lake.
The cottages were all updated and restructured in the last 5-7 years.
