Rent will include the cost of garbage, and sewer services. Wi-fi is included for the first month. Additional expenses will include water, gas, and electric. House is well maintained, kitchen has been remodeled and currently includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas range, and reverse osmosis water filter. A washer and dryer are currently included in the laundry room. The backyard includes multiple raised garden beds with water lines, a shed, a dog run, and a patio. House has central heat/AC and a water softener. There is an alarm system in place, tenant will be responsible to activate and pay the monthly service fee if interested in the service. Absolutely no smoking, indoor nor out. No illegal drugs/substances. Up front costs include 1st and last month's rent and a $2000 deposit ($1800 is refundable). Additional $500 deposit for pets ($300 is refundable). A limited number of spayed/neutered cats are welcome. Dogs or "outside pets" will NOT be accepted. There will be an additional monthly fee of $25 per cat. ("Foster" cats are negotiable.)
