Lease terms

There are two buildings on property. Front building has 4 units back building has 2 units. This unit is in the rear 2-unit 1.5 story building. Stairwell access to unit. Lease agreement is 9 or 12 months, Water paid by owner, utilities paid by resident/tenant. Utilities average under $150.00 per month. All units are non-smoking units. Unit currently has spectrum cable/internet connections as the provider in this area. This monthly cost is the responsibility of the potential resident/tenant. All applicants will need to meet with the property owner and the onsite property caretaker for an in-person interview before proceeding with the background check. Lease agreement, property rules and regulations, potential resident expectations and more details will be reviewed/explained at in person interview. No lease agreements for the unit will be entered into until background check is completed and accepted by property owner.
