Enjoy two expansive outdoor living areas: a partially fenced front oasis and a fully fenced backyard haven. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Parking is convenient with a private driveway accommodating up to 4 vehicles. Strategically positioned off Beach Access #1, this cottage is a stone's throw from Stewby's seafood restaurant. Enjoy a short walk to the sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The neighborhood offers a mix of restaurants, charming shops, boutiques, and entertainment options like mini-golf courses and the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. Natural parks and trails are also nearby for outdoor exploration. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests are asked to notify of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. A $50 fine will be charged for late check-out without prior approval, and a $25 fee per extended hour will apply if late check-out is approved. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Please be mindful of neighbors and maintain a respectful noise level, especially during nighttime hours (quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM). Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction without refund. There are to be no pets on the property without prior written authorization, and an approved pet will incur a $100 pet fee.
