The updated kitchen features a 2-burner induction cooktop, a small convection oven, and a compact refrigerator. Prepare meals with provided cookware and dishware. The master bedroom boasts a memory foam king-size bed, and the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. Enjoy two spacious outdoor living areas: a partially fenced front oasis and a fully fenced backyard haven. Private driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout your stay. Nestled just a quarter mile from Beach Access #1, you're a short stroll from the stunning sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy convenient dining at the popular local seafood spot, Stewby's, located right behind the cottage. Explore charming shops, boutiques, and local markets, or venture out to nearby attractions, mini-golf courses, and family-friendly activities like the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. The neighborhood also features natural parks and trails for outdoor exploration. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests are required to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. A $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. A $25 late check-out fee will be applied for each extended hour if approved by the host. Guests are asked to report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Please be mindful of neighbors and maintain a respectful noise level, especially during nighttime hours (quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM). Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction without refund. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed without prior written authorization from the host, and an approved pet will incur a $100 pet fee. Bringing an unapproved pet will result in a $300 pet fee and immediate eviction. Events and vendors are prohibited. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property or its furnishings. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. The host or their agent may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs, or with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. The host shall not be liable for personal items left behind, lost, or stolen. Guests are responsible for reporting hazardous items to avoid accidents. The property is not child-proofed, and it is the parents' responsibility to child-proof. Guests shall not re-key or change door locks. Guests are asked to dispose of food in the available trash can, and the garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. Eating food in bedrooms is discouraged to prevent pests and linen damage. Guests are asked to be respectful of bed sheets and towels; makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks can stain or bleach linens and towels, and guests may be charged for un-salvageable linens/bath towels. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be rearranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost may be charged if additional cleanup is required beyond standard cleaning. This house is professionally managed, and guests may receive an email to complete identity verification. A Minut Smart Home Sensor monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry.
