We personally love pets, but we have learned that they are not conducive to duplex living and wood floors. Lawncare and irrigation is paid for by the landlord. Credit and criminal background check is required and paid for by the applicant. All adults residing in the apartment must sign the rental contract and all must submit to a thorough background check during the application process. Applicants need to provide verification of current employment and income. (We are looking for at least 8 months of paystubs with your current employer) We are looking for good credit (670+) and steady gross income that is at least 3.5 x rent. Name and phone numbers of the last two landlords are required for referencing and rent payment history. Please do not call or apply if you cannot meet these requirements.
