Liability: The tenant assumes full financial and legal responsibility for any property damage or bodily injury caused by their pet(s). 4. Smoking Policy Prohibition: This is a strictly 100% smoke-free property. Scope: Smoking of any kind is entirely prohibited anywhere inside the residential dwelling or stairwell. Definition: "Smoking" includes, but is not limited to, the use of traditional tobacco cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, and marijuana. 5. Lawn Care and Yard Maintenance Tenant Responsibility: The tenant is solely responsible for maintaining all lawn and yard areas in a clean, neat, and sanitary condition.
