The place is very quiet but just in case there's 2 portable white noise machines-1 in living room which we have found useful to get our dogs used to new surroundings. If you have a dog, it has a sunny walled in courtyard. Your dog must be well behaved and house broken. Includes 1 personal covered carport space. There is also free guest and street parking. For peace of mind it's a security guard, gated entry community with 24 hour controlled access strictly regulating who can enter the community to ensure only authorized individuals gain entry.
