There are two large themed bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom, and a bunk room for children. The grand Wizard Dining Hall and Living Area includes a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy fireplace area. An additional full bathroom and a large bedroom that sleeps four are also available. Pets are allowed with a fee of $75 per pet per stay, up to 2 pets per stay. Early check-in or late check-out can be accommodated for a $30/hour fee with at least 24 hours' notice. The area is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, with opportunities for hiking, kayaking, and fishing nearby. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property, and any violation will result in immediate departure with no refund and a documented negative review. There are absolutely no parties, events, or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property; violation will result in immediate departure with no refund and a documented negative review. Extra cleanup from evidence of a party or large gathering may be subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup fee. Any damaged property must be reported to the host. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed. All guests on the reservation must be included in the total number of guests.
