Come enjoy all Mt. Gretna has to offer in this cozy year-round cottage!… This 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is available for rent from Aug 25-mid-June. Note: this is a short-term furnished rental. Owners will be moving back on June 16.
The historic cottage is located in the Chautauqua behind the Playhouse--within easy walking distance of Porch & Pantry (open year round), biking and hiking trails, and a playground.
The house is 1450 sq ft, with separate kitchen and dining areas. It is move-in ready with a fully equipped kitchen. Listen to the owls and night from the large screened-in porch. There is off-street parking and a washer/dryer in the house.
Rent: $1600/month, One month security deposit required.
Background and credit check required. Must be able to provide references and proof of income.
No smoking. No cats - small dogs will be considered.
Note: Electricity is to be paid by the tenant. The house has electric heat, so the bill varies a lot depending on usage. When the heat is not on, the cost is about $30/$40 a month. In the coldest winter month our highest bill was $400.
Wifi/Cable -- Tenant arranges for their own wifi/cable.
