When staying at other homes (not on the water), well it doesn't have the same feel. I NEVER ask for wire, PayPal, Venmo, or other electronic payment and always strongly suggest the prospective guest to come visit the home for a personal tour from me so we know each other a bit and that you are sure that it meets your families vacation needs.
