Lease terms

No smoking inside or outside of the property. No tobaco, cannabis, or any other smoke creating substances, including e-sigarettes, candles, aromatic oils etc. No drugs use, sell, buy or to bring on the property whatsoever allowed. No disturbing behavior toward other renters and to the landlord. Property curfew is based on quiet, calm, no noise living. No disturbance at day or night. No cooking, walking, parties in the kitchen at night from 10 pm to 8 am weekdays, no noise of any kind including walking over kitchen on weekend untill 12 noon. Laundry is done only at the time marked as lowest electricity price, to finish laundry not later than 10 pm to provide quiet time for everyone at the property. No storage of anything outside of your rental room. The landlord is not responsible for any damage or loss of your property left outside of your bedroom. Also landlord is not responsible for any damage or loss of other tenants properties and any physical damage to other tenants due to your items stored or placed, left without any permission at any time around the property, inside and outside. This includes but not limited to the garage, kitchen, laundry, hall, backyard, front yard, parking of the property. The fee of $65 monthly flat charge will apply for each item left at any part of the property in attempt to store it outside of your rented bedroom. If item is not removed immediately after the first note from the landlord or his representative, the note of the disposal of this item will be send to the owner with the date to remove his items from the common property. If the owner of this item doesn't follow the request, his item will be disposed on the date mentioned in the note.
