Lease Terms: 1. Tenant Responsibilities * Utilities (Must be in Tenant's name prior to move in): Rocky Mountain Power, Enbridge Gas Utah, and Syracuse City (Water/Trash/Sewer). * Renters Insurance: Required ($100k Personal Liability). Destiny Evans & Whitney Fikstad must be listed as "Additional Interest." (Est. cost $10 $20/mo). * Maintenance: Tenant responsible for care and maintenance of the private backyard. * Smoking: Strictly No Smoking / No Vaping.
