Requirements: FICO scores of 670 or higher require first month rent plus a security deposit same as one month rent, stable employment, proof of income, favorable rental history and no evictions within last five years. FICO scores 640 to 669 require first month rent plus two months security deposit , stable employment, proof of income, favorable rental history and no evictions within last five years. Credit Scores 620 to 639 require first month rent plus two month security deposit plus a co- and a co-signer with a FICO credit score above 700+ in addition to the above requirements. Credit Scores less than 620 are not considered. Rental Information: The stated rent is the starting amount, the actual rent may be higher. No pets allowed. Garages available at extra cost of $30 a month. If you have a car, garage is required.
