- Positive references are required from the applicant's last two landlords, and there must be no evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
- Applicants must demonstrate a responsible financial life, including a minimum credit score of 620.
- A credit report and background check is required for all applicants over 18 years old.
- Application is done online through a third-party portal. We do not accept Zillow application.
