Lease terms

Owner covers water, electric, high-speed internet, trash service, and lawn maintenance making budgeting simple with no hidden utility costs. Washer, dryer, and refrigerator are included. A 12-month lease is preferred; however, 6 9 month options may be considered at a higher monthly rate. No smoking is permitted inside the unit. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with a $250 non-refundable pet fee if approved. Tenant responsibilities are minimal and include basic upkeep of the mini-split systems (cleaning the filters periodically, which is quick and simple). Replacement air vents/filters will be provided by the owner for quarterly changes. Off-street parking is available for at least two vehicles. Owner does not live on-site but is located nearby for responsive support if needed.
